Fitness Class- Cardio/Strength
The Y's progressive gymnastics program for girls has been developed by professional coaches to provide a safe and solid foundation for gymnasts of all levels to grow and work on strength, coordination and self-esteem.
On or before 11/21/2018
This half-day clinic for children ages 3-15 and no prior gymnastics experience is required. Participants are grouped by age and skill level to encourage skill development and friendships. Participants should bring a water bottle and lunch and dress in comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely (no zippers or buttons). Need full-day programming? We also offer Open Gym immediately following our clinics.
