The YMCA's group exercise cycling class is a fun and challenging but low-impact cardiovascular workout that gets your blood pumping and your body moving! In our state-of-the-art studios, our fantastic instructors turn up the music and shout out encouragement as participants are guided through varying workouts specifically designed to sculpt muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Individualized ride on a stationary bike designed to build strength and endurance. Please come to class with a water bottle and towel. A padded seat cover or padded cycling shorts are recommended.
