Pre Pig-Out Workout

Join us for our Annual Thanksgiving Pre Pig-Out Workout! To celebrate the Tanksgiving holiday, we will have a special modified Group Exercise schedule that is FREE for members and guests. Due to limited space and equipment, all classes will require a Priority Card for entry. Cards are available at our Member Services desk 1 hour prior to start of classes. Priority cards will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis.

  • 7:00am - 8:30am     |   5K/10K Trail Run (meet in front of the South Bay Family YMCA in grass area) - South Bay Family YMCA Trailrunners Club
  • 7:30am - 8:15am     |   Aqua-Fit (Pool) - Instructor: Alma
  • 7:30am - 8:45am     |   Vinyasa Yoga (Studio 3) - Instructor: Rene
  • 7:30am - 8:25am     |   Step Choreography (Studio 1) - Instructor: Michelle & Rhodalene
  • 8:30am - 9:30am     |   Bodycombat (Studio 1) - Instructors: Eduardo, Michelle & Rhodalene
  • 9:05am - 10:05am   |   Bodypump (Studio 1) - Instructors: Yoyo, Linda

Eastlake YMCA:
