Staying healthy can mean major lifestyle changes. Here at the Y, we know physical activity and exercise are a large part of getting on road to a healthier you! These special Y Programs promote living a healthier, happier lifestyle, including: Monthly Running Club, Couch to 5k Running Training, Healthy Living Challenge and our Annual Y-TRI Triathlon!

FallProof is an eight-week program that is scientifically tested and shown to improve balance and mobility to reduce the risk of falls among older adults. FallProof has been recognized by the National Council on Aging as one of the most effective programs to promote healthy aging and improved quality of life.
