Let’s get a jump start on your New Year’s fitness resolution! Join us in our 12 Days of Fitness challenge, and complete all 12 fitness challenges for a chance to win a variety of prizes.
How to Play:
- Grab a fitness challenge card from the front desk or fitness center
- Each day you complete a challenge, a Wellness Coach will sign off on your challenge card
- Finish all 12 challenges and submit your challenge card to the front-desk for a chance to a variety of prizes

Fun Times For All • December 9, 16, & 22 • 3:00-6:30 pm • Ages 3-12
Have last minute shopping to do? Drop your kids off for festive fun at the Y, while you wrap up your holiday to-do list. Crafts, games, cookie decorating, and a classic holiday movie are on the agenda. Please pack your child a healthy meal, and we’ll provide a snack. Kids must be potty trained.
9th Annual Bike-A-Thon
Pedal for a Cause • February 8, 2019 • 8:00am-1:00 pm
Pedal in the name of love and ride for an hour or five at this Valentine-themed ride to raise funds for the Y's Annual Campaign! Ride alone or form a team of five riders to support; one team per bike. Have a team rider for the entire 5-hour ride, so a bike is not left empty. If you can't make the event, consider supporting a rider by making a pledge through our online Giving page.
Holiday Giving Tree
Making Spirits Bright • December
The Making Spirits Bright Holiday Giving Tree located in the welcome center has helped provide over 1,200 kids with holiday gifts this season. As a reminder if you checked out one of our ornaments with member services, please make sure to return the gifts by December 3rd to the welcome center with the ornament attached. If you didn’t get the chance to grab a holiday ornament with a gift request and still want to give, please consider stopping by our giving tree to support our campaign funded programs with a monetary donation. There is also a drop-in volunteer opportunity to help wrap gifts on December 6th from 11:00am-2:00pm!
Youth Volleyball Clinics
Bump, Set, Spike • Mondays & Wednesdays
Our volleyball clinics focus on teaching your child the rules of the game, and improving their skills. Clinics are a excellent way for players of all levels to improve their skill set and get ready for high school play while also making friends with teammates and learning sportsmanship. Our clinics are a blast, and offer children and teens a great way to stay in shape and be social.
School Break Camps
Best Winter Camp Ever! • December 24-January 4
Our week-long camps are exciting ways to spend a school break! We include lots of action-packed trips and activities that keep your children engaged and happy, like daily field trips, arts & crafts, sports and games. Specialty Camp offerings include Laser Tag Camp, Digital Academy Camp, BMX Camp, and more!
Krause Family Skate Park
Skate, Scoot & Bike! • Session Passes & Private Lessons
We are the place for skateboarding, in-line skating, scooters and bikes! At our skate park, we strive to provide a fun and positive environment for children and adults to enjoy their need for extreme sports. Several professional athletes practice here regularly, but this park is open and available for people of all ages and skills to enjoy. There is much to enjoy, so pad up and get on over to the park! Men's Over 30 Soccer League: Intermediate

Get your team together and join us for Men's Arena soccer for ages 30+. This league is Intermediate level, 6 vs. 6 including goalie.League fee includes referee fees and scorekeeper for each game. Playoffs for top 4 teams each season.

Arena Soccer has all the excitement of playing outdoor soccer with the added fun of passing and dribbling off the walls. Our Arena Soccer leagues and programs offer a variety of play - from recreational games where every child gets a chance to play, to highly competitive leagues with skilled adults!
Co-Ed Volleyball Open Play

Bump, spike and volley at the YMCA! Our volleyball program offers clinics and leagues for all age groups to learn volleyball and improve their skills! Youth leagues introduce the fundamentals while emphasizing learning and teamwork over winning or losing, while more experienced players can play more competitive games with peers of similar skill. Clinics are a great way to improve and get ready for high school while making friends with teammates. Our adult co-ed volleyball leagues are a blast, and offer a great way to stay in shape and be social.
Bend & Flex: Knee and Hip Rehab Class
Improve Your Strength • Tuesdays & Thursdays
Led by certified aquatic personal trainers, this class is designed for those who are planning to or have undergone knee or hip replacements. Prepare your body or continue to improve strength and mobility following discharge from a clinical physical therapy setting.
Exercise Your Write • December 14 & 28 • 11:30am-12:30pm
You come to the gym to exercise your muscles, so why not use a “brain gym” to exercise your mind? Learn to write and read a haiku while promoting brain health at this fun event filled with games. We meet the second and fourth Friday of the month. Registration is not required; just check in at the Welcome Center. This workshop is for members only. Feel free to stop by any session; it’s ongoing fun!

Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles, and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to fit your goals. No matter your fitness level, nothing can replace the support, challenge, and accountability that come with a trainer onboard your workout.

Bunco is loads of fun and easy to play. Just roll the dice! We need six to eight players to get the game going. We meet every third Tuesday (1-12:30pm) and the first Thursday (1-2:30pm) of the month. Registration is not required; just stop by with $5 for prize money (one-dollar bills, please) and snacks to share.
