Spring Into Fitness
Kickstart your summer fitness goals! Join us in our Wellness Bingo challenge from April 1-30, and complete 5 challenges in a row to be entered into a drawing to win a free month of membership and some YMCA gear. Challenges include activities such as doing a cardio workout, taking a group exercise class, doing an outdoor activity, doing a strength workout and more!
How to play:
- Grab a Bingo card from the Wellness Center or our Wellness Staff
- Complete 5 challenges in a row to earn Bingo
- Once you have Bingo, turn your card in to a YMCA staff member to be entered into the drawing

Safety Around Water
Strong Swimmers, Confident Kids • May
Join us in May for our Safety Around Water campaign — a month-long program dedicated to teaching your child critical drown-prevention skills. Find a branch near you for low- to no-cost lessons in the month of May. Space is limited. Registration closes April 26 — register online today! Swim safety is vitally important to fulfilling the Y’s mission and cause. Because we are devoted to the well-being of every person involved in Y programs, ensuring water safety is an important part of what we do every day. Equip your children with the tools they need to be confident in and around water so they don’t lose out on the health benefits of exercise, the opportunities to bond with family and friends and the sense of accomplishment when they learn new skills.
Krause Family Skate Park
Skate, Scoot & Bike! • Session Passes & Private Lessons
We are the place for skateboarding, in-line skating, scooters and bikes! At our skate park, we strive to provide a fun and positive environment for children and adults to enjoy their need for extreme sports. Several professional athletes practice here regularly, but this park is open and available for people of all ages and skills to enjoy. There is much to enjoy, so pad up and get on over to the park! Youth Dance Classes
Just Dance • Ages 3-10
Our youth dance classes are fun, healthy and challenging, and come in a wide range of dance types. Your child will learn basic ballet dance positions: plie, releve, saute and posture or carriage. Tap students will work on timing with the beat of the music, as well as basic shuffle, flaps, shuffle hop, flap hop and a few turns.
Youth Volleyball Clinic
Bump, Set, Spike! • April 1-24 • Ages 9-14
Our volleyball clinics focus on teaching your child the rules of the game, and improving their skills. Clinics are a excellent way for players of all levels to improve their skill set and get ready for high school play while also making friends with teammates and learning sportsmanship. Our clinics are a blast, and offer children and teens a great way to stay in shape and be social.
Coed Volleyball League
Bump, Set, Spike! • April 6-June 28 • Ages 11-15
Youth leagues introduce the fundamentals while emphasizing learning and teamwork over winning or losing, while more experienced players can play more competitive games with peers of similar skill.
Splashball - Water Polo
Splash Around • April 7-28 • Ages 6-12
This program offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork and physical fitness.Our coaches will teach the necessary skills required to begin playing competitive high school water polo, including passing, dribbling, shooting, treading water, head-up swimming, basic rules and conditioning.

Now you can leave the guessing behind and know exactly what is inside your body! Schedule an appointment with one of our fitness professionals who will lead you through a body-composition analysis that includes more than 20 measurements. The assessment provides information about weight, dry lean mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage, body fat mass, body water, metabolic rate and more!
