Trick or Treat Tri

Go The Distance • October 14, 2018 • 7:30 am

Join us for the return of the Trick-or-Treat Triathlon, a Halloween-spirited reverse-order modified triathlon event held entirely on the grounds of the Copley-Price Family YMCA.

Go the distance with a 2-mile run, a 4-mile stationary bike ride, and a 250-yard swim. Costumes are encouraged.

Soccer Academy

Just Kick It! • Ages 3-5

Whether your child is a soccer fanatic or a first-time player who is ready to learn the basics, our Soccer Academy is great for children ages 3-5 to focus on the skills, rules, and fundamentals of the game. Kids will work on technique, passing, shooting and dribbling with drills and excellent coaching.

No matter your child's age of interest, we have a fun and engaging program for it that focuses on teamwork, friendly competition, athletics and encouragement.

From preschool sports to youth volleyball clinics, from soccer to recreational basketball leagues, we have a program that can help your kids get in the game, break a sweat and learn something new!

Yoga For A Happy Mind Workshop

Healing The Body & Mind • October 21 • 10:45 am-12:45 pm

Join us on October 21st from 10:45-12:45 for an extended yoga workshop taught by Kimberley Patterson.  This workshop will cover extended poses, breathing techniques, hands on instruction and a take home packet to continue your practice.  Registration is required.

Are You Ready For The Challenge? • Starts October 1

Join us for this 12 week 2x per week fitness program, which meets Monday and Wednesday’s at 9am.  Receive weekly workouts, nutrition support, online support and added accountability of great coaches and fellow participants. Registration is required for our next session starting October 1st!

Our fall family favorite is back! Join us for our Annual Fall Fright Festival where the whole family can show off their Halloween costume, play carnival games and collect prizes! Great for all ages! Registration required for children ages 2-12.
