This position will work closely with our member engagement director at our Dahl branch in La Crosse, WI and will specialize in process improvements, procedures, and policies, and making data-driven decisions for our member services teams.
BS in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Three years of Y experience or in a customer service field.
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Experience with process improvements
High level of confidentiality.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Hire, train and supervise member service leaders.
Collaborate with member engagement director daily.
Actively looks for opportunities for process improvements.
