Job Description

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Talent Acquisition and Benefits is accountable and responsible for performing complex duties in the area of all areas of HR including but not limited to: talent acquisition, benefits, annual open enrollment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, mentoring, coaching, mediating, safety, training and development.   

This is a full time salaried position with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, pension, 403B, tuition reimbursement, and discounted childcare.  Salary starting at $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years experience in Human Resources.
  • Computer Payroll and Benefits/HR system experience preferred.
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude, customer service skills, and ability to work in a decentralized environment.
  • Strong communication, administrative, organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of talent recruiting, compensation, salary/grade structures and job descriptions.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
