Job Description

We are seeking a community oriented professional with a proven record in aquatics to oversee our aquatics team and programming at our new $16.7 million facility.  The Aquatics Director is responsible for all aquatics services, programming, and events. General duties include the supervision and training of all aquatics staff, facilitation of aquatics related Y member and program participant issues, implementing and/or overseeing aquatics programs and events, and the cleanliness and safety of the pool.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • at least 4 years of related experience
  • a strong commitment to character values
