The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial and IT operations for both the Stevens Point Area YMCA and South Wood County YMCA. Reporting directly to the senior leadership teams of both YMCAs, the CFO will manage all financial matters, investments, and information systems, providing strategic direction and leadership to drive YMCA business operations and initiatives. This role will also serve as a community convener, addressing critical social issues and fostering community collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required.
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
YMCA Organizational Leader certification preferred.
Six or more years of experience in accounting and fiscal management.
Comprehensive knowledge of budget development, financial reporting, cash management, and business taxes.
Experience with computer systems, including system selection and implementation.
Previous experience with nonprofit organizations preferred.
Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team.
