NATURE AND SCOPE:
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, the Youth Development Director provides hands-on leadership for the development and operations of various programs, which may include the following afterschool, play center, teen leadership, day camp, membership & community events, preschool programming or community events.
This position requires sufficient strength, agility, and mobility to perform essential functions and to supervise program activities in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor locations. Must be able to sit, reach and move around the work environment, and to visually provide active supervision.
