Property Manager

The YMCA of Broome County is seeking qualified candidates for our Property Manager position.    
Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both our physical facilities in Binghamton and Johnson City. Leading the maintenance team, this individual will ensure that our facilities are in their optimal condition to deliver the life-changing programming of the YMCA. 

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the maintenance field to include general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool care, painting, and cleaning. 
  • Supervisory skills and/or experience preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
