Job Description
Seek dynamic professional to lead overall program development for Sports department and oversee the day-to-day operation of the DOME. The applicant will work out of the DOME, our YMCA Activity Center with three multi-purpose courts, indoor batting cages, walking/jogging track, and a functional fitness area with some weights and 13-pc circuit. Candidate will be responsible for department budget, management of all youth and adult sports programs, official training and recruitment, membership, and a passion for quality member service.
Qualifications
General knowledge of sports is preferred. Strong customer service skills and a self-motivated team player is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Administration, Education, Physical Education, or a related field is helpful. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
