Tremendous opportunity for the right individual! Our Boroughs Family Branch YMCA is looking for a Facilities Director to help us provide a beautiful and safe environment to our members, staff, and community.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
The Facilities Director position directs the maintenance and custodial operations of the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA-including preventative maintenance and vehicles. Under their responsibilities, the Facilities Director is an on call twenty-four hours, seven day a week position.
The Director must be available for all contingencies or always ensure appropriate emergency coverage of the facility.
Schedule: Typical schedule is Monday - Friday with some nights, weekends and mornings based on facility needs.
Pay: $50,000-$55,000/year Salary Exempt with full benefit package to include, generous PTO, access to facilities for immediate family members, Medical, Dental, Disability, Life, Vision, EAP, & Pet Insurance, and ability to participate 403B Retirement Savings Plan. Also, once fully vested, the YMCA will pay into a retirement account for you!
