Job Description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is hiring a certified OSSE Intake Specialist to guide families through the OSSE voucher process for childcare programs. Existing OSSE Intake Certification is required for this position. We are looking for someone to join our team who has excellent organization and communication skills and is dedicated to helping others.
Qualifications
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Meeting with families in person to explain the OSSE voucher eligibility requirements and gather information
· Review and process financial documentation
· Make eligibility determination and explain determination to families
· Enroll families in OSSE
· Review and submit monthly attendance documents
· Reconcile OSSE payments
· Communicate with families for renewals
· Provide reports and documentation to OSSE as required
