The Aquatics Program Director organizes, monitors, supervises, and maintains high-quality member-focused programs.

Qualifications
- You are committed to valuing and promoting diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related knowledge and experience.
- You have experience in supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff and volunteer development.
- You have experience in planning, organizing, and implementing age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities.
- You have demonstrated skills in customer service, public relations, organizational skills, communications, supervision, computer knowledge, and file maintenance.
- You have current Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications.
- You are excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals through recruiting campaigners, making personal asks and supporting branch events.
- Able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on first day and other online or in-person training as required.
Essential Functions
- You play a key role in developing the potential in our young people, ensuring aquatic safety standards are met, and serving on an engaging and dynamic team.
- You will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration, growth, and evaluation of effective, innovative, and safe aquatics programs.
- You will ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that members and program participants have an exceptional experience
- You will be responsible for planning and program Delivery, administration tasks, collaboration, supervision, budget management, financial development and philanthropy.
