We are looking for an individual to join our team of dedicated, energetic, and caring after school programming professionals-
Schedule: 40 hours weekly position. Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00/hour with full benefit package to include, generous PTO, access to facilities, Medical, Dental, Disability, Life, Vision, & Pet Insurance, and ability to participate 403B Retirement Savings Plan. Also, once fully vested, the YMCA will pay into a retirement account for you!

Qualifications
Candidates must have:
School Aged Educator qualifications required of Early Education and Care (DEEC),
First Aid, CPR, & AED certified
3 years' experience working in an afterschool setting or similar environment with experience managing staff, developing curriculum, and implementing EEC regulations preferred.
Other duties to include, but not limited to, interacting between staff, children, & families, with excellent communication, organization, and conflict management skills and commitment to making change and building others up to reach their greatest potential.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
