Job Description

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a Program Executive Director to lead programming at the Heart of the Valley branch in Kimberly, WI. This is a full-time exempt position. The Program Executive Director will lead by example and support department directors including aquatics, health & fitness, sports, gymnastics and child care. Being a part of one of the most impactful nonprofits in our area, directors excel at being a community connector. Working closely with our executive director, you’ll champion YMCA program initiatives and support member engagement. In addition to working closely with people of all ages and abilities, you’ll also be focused on budget management, fundraising, strategic planning actions, and involved with our board of directors. This is a career move for those looking to make a lasting impression in the nonprofit sector.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field to this position or equivalent. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Previous leadership experience in a nonprofit setting including managing professional-level staff and volunteer development is preferred.
  • Previous experience budgeting, fiscal management, financial development, program management, committee and board relations is preferred.
