The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a positive Senior Aquatics Director to join our team in Silverdale, WA.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge that includes supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff, and volunteer development.

- You are organized, proactive, and know how to get things done.
- You have a current Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications.
- You are willing and able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on the first day of employment as well as other required annual training.
Essential Functions
A YMCA Senior Aquatics Director is responsible for:
- Leading the Aquatics team and managing aquatics operations with celebration and service.
- Responsible for staff development, administration, fiscal management, connecting members, and program development.
- Provide an impactful staff experience by recruiting and hiring, training and developing, supervising and evaluating employees and volunteers to ensure staff are representative of the mission of the YMCA.
