Start here at Camp Y-Koda's, Nature Based Day Care (NBDC), located at Maywood Park in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. NBDC is a year-round, early education program that offers ages 3-5 a high-quality learning environment that meets their developmental needs while initiating them into a life-long, meaningful relationship with the nature world. Our NBDC program provides discoverybased learning through play, sensory, gross & fine motor activities, creative expression, using the natural world as a catalyst for children's growth and development.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Willing to get CPR, First Aid & AED Trained.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., and also able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children.
Must be able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engaged in physical activity with children
All Day Care Employees are required to: have a physical taken and TB Test prior to start date.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions such as rain & 70-90 degree weather.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
DCF qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain, a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain), teaching degree or related
