Youth Service Director

As the Youth Services Director, you will help to create inclusive and engaging environments year round through offerings in and outside of our Y. In summer months, you would be the Director or our Counselor In Training program at our summer camp. Camp Trickling Falls is located in East Kingston NH and is such a special place. The school year provides ample opportunity to engage our population of Middle Schoolers and Teens in a variety of positive activities outside of school day hours. This position is highly collaborative with peer level Directors and is a key part of our local Y Leadership Team. 

June-August: This role provides direct, hands-on oversight of the CIT program at Camp Trickling Falls. Collaborates with peer level directors to round out our Camp Leadership Team to offer a diverse and high quality Camp program.

September-June: This position will run our Middle School and Teen programs and implement new experiences to engage this age group. The Youth Services Director will build relationships with various organizations in the Haverhill community. The position will promote community engagement through service learning projects and implement the YMCA curriculum in our Leaders club. In addition, you will have the opportunity to implement sports leagues and there will be enrichment opportunities in the Arts to offer well rounded programming for our teens.
