Job Description
The Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking individuals who love to work with children to fill full time and part time teaching positions in our Early Learning Centers in Franklin, Foxboro, and North Attleboro, Massachusetts.Teachers are responsible for the direct supervision of groups and activities in the childcare program.
Qualifications
- EEC Certified Teacher (the YMCA certifies onsite)
- Bachelors Degree, strongly preferred
- At least 1 years experience, preferred
Essential Functions
- Provides supervision and guidance to children
- Assists the children during specific enrichment classes or program
- Participates and attends staff meetings, childcare family events, and at least three YMCA events
- Communicates with parents on a daily basis
- Is aware and follows all health policies, YMCA policies, and EEC regulations
