Responsible for project selection with input into ordering of supplies. Responsible for the Arts & Crafts and Ceramics areas including: training staff, scheduling and supporting staff, creating specialty activities, monitoring supplies, and scheduling activity time. This person may live in a cabin if needed. Seasonal position summer 2023, employment June 2023 - August 2023.

Individual at least 20 years old. MUST LOVE WORKING WITH KIDS. This is a live in position. Must be organized, patient and enthusiastic. Be able to handle many different types of camper situations and think on your feet.
The Craft Shop Coordinator is responsible for supervising and guiding campers and the craft shop staff throughout the summer experience to achieve a positive summer camp experience in all craft shop activities. The Craft Shop Coordinator is responsible for all staff non-counseling roles which may include, but is not limited to, supporting staff (especially with craft shop needs), night supervisor, and manager on duty. He or she must also evaluate craft shop activities and staff throughout the summer camp program. To Apply: Must be an individual of at least 20 years old and must have previous camp staff experience. Must possess the ability and desire to work with children, and have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well. Must possess the ability and experience in leading, supervising, and teaching staff, junior counselors, and campers, and have the experience/skills in a variety of camp activities, must have the ability to come up with new and creative ways to utilize the craft shop, and be able to accept guidance and constructive criticism. Must exhibit: integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and respect. This is a live on site position.
Required Certifications: First aid, CPR, and AED. American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred. Emergency Oxygen certification desired but not required.
