Job Description

As the Engagement Lead, you will engage and support all aspects and efforts of association-wide member experience efforts. 

Qualifications
  • Two to three years or more of proven experience in customer service, training and coaching.
  • Preferred: exemplary customer service, sales, process and system improvement and implementation, call center experience a plus.
  • Positive attitude and previous experience with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge and skills in program activities and related equipment set-up, and the ability to instruct participants in age appropriate techniques.
  • Evenings and weekends required.
  • CPR, First Aid, AED certification required within first 90 days.
  • Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.
Essential Functions

You will support the recruitment experience of new members, retention and the experience of existing members, and process improvements to impact overall membership metrics. If hired, you will join a team of passionate leaders, focused on a highly satisfying customer service experience. You will be an essential part of impacting the community you love.

Cause-Driven Leadership Competencies

You will assist the staff leadership team in reaching Annual Campaign goals through annual giving, major gifts, and/or endowment by telling the Y story and raising charitable dollars to fulfill the mission.

Required Certifications

CPR, First Aid, AED certification required
