Job Description

Would you like to share your passion for customer service with others? As the Child Care Member Services Director, you will direct all aspects of member services strategies that focus on retention, recruitment and enrollment process of child care participants. 

If hired for this position, you will be responsible for providing leadership, supporting the internal and external member experience, creating meaningful relationships that promote growth and development, and manage systems and
processes that allow the progression and improvement of child care programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in communication, business, or related field that includes supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff and volunteer development.
  • Experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, administrative support, and computer knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, supervision, and file maintenance.
  • Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in person training as required.
Essential Functions

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Direct and organize member services team with a focus on participant experience and awareness of YMCA membership access and opportunities.
  • Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
  • Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
  • Utilize a system to manage, track and monitor ongoing expenses, purchase orders and 3rd party subsidies.

Required Certifications
