Job Description

The YMCA Director will lead the integration of behavioral health services as well as serve as lead behavioral health clinician and fully develop and implement a business model that will provide a self-sustaining behavioral health program. The Director will collaborate with area entities (Gardner Webb University, LME/MCO, and other community organizations.) It will also include working with YMCA staff to develop behavioral health marketing resources and materials.

Qualifications

Experience Guide                      

Master’s Degree in related field from an accredited college or university

Fully licensed Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

3 to 5 years’ experience in providing direct behavioral health services

Fully Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.) that is credentialed to bill insurance providers or ability to become credentialed within first 6 months of employment

Ability to supervise Master’s Level Students in their practicum is a plus 

Essential Functions

Create and develop Behavioral Health Services across YMCA Branches

Establish invoicing systems and protocols

Keep accurate records and report to funders

Design system to utilize GWU Master’s Level students

Create website and social media content for basic behavioral health work

Work with YMCA volunteers and local partners
