- Phone calls: Please, take your calls outside the fitness centers and group exercise classes.
- Keep it to 30 minutes on the cardio equipment if others are waiting.

Adaptive Swim Lessons
New: Swim classes for families with special needs will begin the week of March 12. Classes will be on Sundays and weekdays for a monthly session (the March session will be prorated). Registration will open soon. For information, contact Sierra Dole, [email protected].

One in three adults has prediabetes. Only 11 percent of those with prediabetes know they have it. With awareness and simple actions, people with prediabetes may prevent the onset of diabetes. In collaboration with Our Jump Start for Health and the Skinny Gene Project, our diabetes prevention program meets for 12 months, and is just getting underway at Toby Wells YMCA. Get outside and workout in the fresh air! We'll have a trainer available and a suggested workout routine, but feel free to do your own thing! Meet at the soccer arena, 8:00-10:00am, every first and third Friday.
