Turning Point provides temporary housing and supportive services to young adults experiencing homelessness. This program is designed to facilitate the transition to self-sufficiency using a positive youth development philosophy.
- On-site case management and support

- Financial education and personal budgeting assistance

Turning Point provides residential support to young adults ages 16-21 as well as those under 18 if legally emancipated currently experiencing homelessness or becoming homeless in the immediate future.
Tommie’s Place is a specialized location within the Turning Point Program that houses young adults who are pregnant or parenting infants and children up to 5 years old. We provide up to 18 months of housing and the services above, with an additional focus on positive parenting.
Turning Point Orientations
Orientations for both locations are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 3pm-5pm at our Swift Avenue location:
