The 12-Week Transformation Challenge is Back at the Copley-Price Family YMCA in July!
Looking for a great way to get back into shape - or perhaps you just want to lose a few pounds? Try our 12-Week Transformation Challenge! This program incorporates all aspects of general fitness: cardio, strength, core training, weight training, resistance training, bodyweight workout, small-group workouts and personal nutritional support. The 12-Week Transformation Challenge is a PROGRESSIVE program to aide transformation of your mind and body with the support of the coaches. Getting a monthly, full-body composition is exactly what you need to get your health and fitness back on track!
Program begins week of July 2, 2018. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9-10am and/or 5-6 pm!
