Easter Sunday: All YMCA facilities will be closed, Sunday, April 1.

Policy/courtesy reminders: 

  • Please refrain from using products with strong fragrances. Some of our members have medical issues that are exacerbated by the exposure to a variety of products used regularly in our locker rooms and fitness areas. 
  • Equipment etiquette: Please remember to wipe down the equipment after use in the fitness center. Spray the towel; then wipe.
  • Phone calls: Please, take your calls outside the fitness centers and group exercise classes. 
  • Keep it to 30 minutes on the cardio equipment if others are waiting.

Camp: Best Summer Ever

Sports Classes and Leagues

Peloton bikes have arrived at Toby Wells Y! Look for them in the fitness center and try out their free on-demand cycle classes — every level; any time. Thousands of classes to choose from with different music, levels, and durations. 

Adaptive Swim Lessons
New: Swim classes for families with special needs will begin the week of March 12. Classes will be on Sundays and weekdays for a monthly session (the March session will be prorated). Registration will open soon. For information, contact Sierra Dole, [email protected].

Diabetes Prevetion
One in three adults has prediabetes. Only 11 percent of those with prediabetes know they have it. With awareness and simple actions, people with prediabetes may prevent the onset of diabetes. In collaboration with Our Jump Start for Health and the Skinny Gene Project, our diabetes prevention program meets for 12 months, and is just getting underway at Toby Wells YMCA. Fitness on the Field
Get outside and workout in the fresh air! We'll have a trainer available and a suggested workout routine, but feel free to do your own thing! Meet at the soccer arena, 8:00-10:00am, every first and third Friday.

Run Club

When you're either starting or getting back into exercise, having someone there to get you started and guide you can be key to establishing the habit of a regular routine. Lap swim

New: Tap dance classes for teens/adults on Monday evenings and Ballroom on Wednesday evenings. What a great way to have fun and get some exercise! See dance.

Family swim
Take a dip with the kids. We have special time set aside each week for family swim and water slide fun. See Family Swim on the pool schedule.

Our youngest sports can learn skills and build confidence in weekly classes in T-ball, soccer, flag football or multisport. See preschool sports.

Learn to play water polo in our splashball classes on Fridays and Sundays for ages 5-14.

Swim lessons

Y's Active Adults (Ages 50+)

Check out the new schedule of programs and events through April. Our large group of adults over 50 engage in a variety of activities on a regular basis, including hikes, day trips, games, workshops, social gatherings, sports and more.
