camp fees and deposits
Deposits: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for each week of camp. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not subject to any discounts, promotions or Scholarships. Deposits are applied to the camp fee.
Camp Fees: Published rates are good up to the Monday before the camp begins. A late fee of $25 will be applied to registrations received Tuesday or later for the following week.
All camp balance dues must be paid in full by 5pm the Monday prior to the camp start date. Campers will remaining balances after this time will be dropped. Please note: There will be at $25 late fee added to any registrations received on or after the Tuesday prior to camp.
CANCELLATIONS, transfers, Y-voucher and refund policy
Cancellations: If you request to cancel your enrollment before the start of the camp week, you will receive a 100% Y-voucher or refund (minus any deposit or vendor fees).
If you request to cancel your enrollment the Monday of the camp week, you will receive a 75% Y-voucher or refund (minus any deposit or vendor fees).
No Y-vouchers or refunds will be given for cancellations after Monday of the camp week. Y-vouchers do not expire and may be used by another member of your family or may be donated to our Annual Support Campaign.
Transfers: Transfer request may be made through Tuesday of the camp week (space permitting). Full camp fee differences must be paid at the time of the transfer. All transfers are subject to availability and no transfers are guaranteed.
There will be no Y-Vouchers or refunds for missed days of camp, sick days, or dismissal from camp due to behavior.
Our Annual Campaign ensures all campers have access to Y camp. Application and qualification required. Email for more information.
