ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jesse Pazdernik - [email protected]
Jesse is originally from Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He started with the YMCA during college as a part time youth sports coach and front desk staff. It was during this time that he realized the impact the YMCA had on people and families in the community and thought it might make a good career path for him. When he relocated to San Diego in 2003 the YMCA was one of the first places he looked to gain some more experience and connections. Jesse started as a Site Supervisor for the before and after school child care program at the Peninsula YMCA and then took the Sports Director position at the Rancho Family YMCA in 2005 and has been here ever since. If Jesse is not at the YMCA you’ll most likely find him working out, playing basketball, or talking/reading/watching sports.
