The Rancho Family Masters program is for swimmers 18 years and older. It is designed for the intermediate to advanced swimmer who would like to improve endurance, speed, and stroke technique. Our coach will lead a workout and give tips on stroke and endurance. Competitive swimmers, tri-athletes, and those looking for a good swim workout are welcome.
Gen was a member of the 2006-2007 Lindenwood Lions Swimming and Diving National Team who finished 4th at the NAIA nationals in San Antonio, TX. She recently competed for her hometown club team at the FINA 15th World Masters Championships held in Montreal and hoped to compete at the FINA 16th World masters Championships in August, 2015. She's predominantly an endurance swimmer. Her main events were and still are the 200 Fly, 200 IM, and 1650 Free. Gen has over 20 years of experience in competitive swimming. Her passion for swimming earned her a scholarship to Lindenwood University where she discovered another passion of hers: Sports Medicine. Gen received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Lindenwood University and her Masters of Science from San Diego State University. While at San Diego State, Gen spent some time as the Division I Swimming & Diving Manager. She is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
