Team Challenge was created to help you live a healthy life. That means moving more and eating more healthfully. But weight is just one part of the picture — we take a broader approach to help you achieve the best you possible. Each week, you can earn points for yourself and your team by working out and completing healthy living tasks.

Fall Session!

September 11 - October 21, 2017

Kick Off:

6 p.m., Thursday, September 7 at Toby Wells Y

Choose a workout time/trainer slot for the session. Your team of three to six will meet with the trainer throughout the program.

Team Challenge Tools for Success:
  • 12 team workouts with a personal trainer
  • Weekly nutrition and wellness tips delivered via email to help you live healthier
  • Two weekend boot camp workouts led by personal trainers
  • Free pass for a bonus GRAVITY workout
  • Highlighted WOW (Workouts of the Week)
  • Progress assessments at kickoff and finale
  • Accountability through points
