"I got to a point where I was getting in worse and worse shape," Michael Geier remembers. "I had worked with a trainer before, but when he left, my routine fell apart." One day, a flier caught his eye for the Team Challenge Weight Loss program, and he decided it was time to get serious about his health.
Team Challenge trainer, Karen, led Mike and his teammates to victory. Michael lost more than 10 percent of his body weight, and he connected well with Karen’s "methodical, sustainable program." He worked hard through two more rounds of the program and, today, he is 55 pounds lighter, and has been training for a 10-1/2-mile Tough Mudder race. "I have never done anything like that before," he admits, and "I have always hated running!”
