Nike + iPod for the Gym is a revolutionary concept that allows members to record workouts and post them to nikeplus.com, where you can keep track of your progress online and stay motivated toward achieving your fitness goals.

If you have an iPod®*, you can get more out of your cardio workout using Nike + iPod for the Gym. We have brand-new cardio equipment at Toby Wells that is equipped with a port for your iPod. Note: An iPod is not required to use the new cardio equipment, however, only users with compatible iPods will be able to track workouts and participate in the exercise challenges.
