  YPersonal Fitness
      A 12-week program offering one-one-one support to help you get back into the exercise habit. Free to members! Offered at all three locations.
     
  Circuit Training: YExpress
      30-minute circuit training workouts — simple and effective with no seat adjustments or complicated setups. Offered at all locations.
     
  Circuit Training: Strive Smart Strength
      Are you anxious to see and feel results quickly but feel working out takes up too much of your time?  Have you hit a plateau or dropped your exercise routine completely? This 30-minute circuit can help you reach your goals. Offered at Friars Road.
     
  Schedules: Fitness/Water Exercise Classes
      Check the monthly schedules to see when your favorite class is offered. Classes, unless otherwise noted, are free to members. Offered at all locations.
     
  Workout Tracking: Nike + iPod for the Gym
      Keep track of your cardio workouts and join a workout challenge using our new Nike + iPod for the Gym program at the Toby Wells YMCA. Offered at Toby Wells  & Friars Road
     
  Orientations: CTC
      Get acquainted with the equipment in the Cross-Training Centers. Offered at all locations.
     
  Orientation: Free-Weights
      An introduction to the cross-training center's free weights. Must at least 15 and have three months experience using strength-training machines. Offered at Friars Road and Toby Wells.
     
  Arthritis Fitness
      Arthritis Foundation exercise classes on land and in the water. Offered at Toby Wells, Hazard Center and Friars, depending on which class.
     
  Gravity Programs
   

  Gravity is a unique cable pulley system that puts body weight against gravity for resistance. Offered at Hazard Center & Toby Wells.

     
  Personal Training
      Hire a personal trainer to help you meet your specific fitness goals. Semi-private and group training is available also.All locations.
     
  New: Clinical Personal Training
      Individuals dealing with medical challenges can work with a highly educated trainer who can communicate with their physcian or therapist. Toby Wells.
     
  Work • Sport • Life
      Strength-training exercises geared toward specific activities like tennis, golf, skiing, running, surfing and more. Offered at Toby Wells and Friars Road.
     
  Teen/Tween Fitness
      Fitness programs for ages 9 -17. Offered at Toby Wells and Friars Road.
     
  Youth Fitness Activities
      Keep your youngsters active and having fun. Offered at Friars Road and Toby Wells, depending on the activity.
     
  Fitness Assessments
      Performed one-on-one with a personal trainer. Establish your baseline and measure your progress. Offered at Toby Wells & Friars Road.
     
  Nutritional Training
      Nutritionist Cappie Geis can help you design an eating plan that is healthful and makes sense for your life-style. All locations
     
  Pre/Post Natal Fitness  
      We offer prenatal yoga at the Hazard Center location (see mind/body schedule) Also, at Friars Road, the basic step class (Mon/Wed at 9:30; see group fitness schedule) is open to prenatal participants and moms with babies (non-toddlers). However, non pre/post natal members are also welcome to attend the class. See yoga for special populations at Toby Wells, also.  
     
  Mind/Body Fitness
      Check the monthly fitness schedules at Hazard Center and Toby Wells for classes in yoga, tai chi, Pilates, stretch and more. Classes, unless otherwise noted, are free to members. Offered at Hazard Center and Toby Wells locations.
     
  Lemond Studio Cycling
      Check the monthly group fitness schedule at Toby Wells for these great classes. Free to members. Offered at Toby Wells.
     
  Aquatic Fitness
      Aquatic personal training, master's swim stroke clinics, water fitness classes. Offered at Friars Road and Toby Wells, depending on the activity.

Come prepared to have fun while learning what those people

are doing in the dark room!

This class will include an introduction to
cycle gear, bike set up, cycle lingo and a
