What Is BODYPUMP?

The Jackie Robinson Family YMCA now offers BODYPUMP classes from Les Mills-classes that can sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Focusing on low weight loads and high-repetition movements, you'll burn fat and gain strength while producing lean body muscle conditioning.
BODYPUMP is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape, as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
Our regular BODYPUMP classes are free to members and offered at a variety of times every week.
Stop by the Member Services Desk for more information on this class, and be ready for a fun, amazing workout! Class space is limited.
Classes run on Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:45-7:20pm and Friday mornings, 8:00-8:50am.
