After putting their skills to the test in fitness stations, children will compete in the NBA/WNBA FIT Obstacle Course.
ACSM member Felicia Stoler will speak to children about nutrition and exercise and will answer parents’ questions about their children’s nutrition and physical activity habits. Parents will then compete with their children in the NBA/WNBA FIT Obstacle Course.
Each youth participant will receive an NBA FIT t-shirt (while supplies last) and a $25 voucher to be applied toward registration for a future sports program of choice at the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA, courtesy of KIDS In The GAME and ACTIVEx, the community engagement program of ACTIVE Network.
