Our Youth Leader and Youth Development Leader positions are the perfect positions for staff looking to begin or continue a career in working with kids. Facilitate organized games, art, science, and drama activities, sing songs, and assist with homework, all while ensuring the safety of each and every child in our before and/or after school programs.
Assistant Site-Supervisors work with the on-site Supervisor to ensure the daily operation of the program, while helping both the students and their fellow staff team members grow, learn, and become successful.
Site-Supervisors manage all the daily operations at one of our Child & Youth Development centers. They have and gain experience in managing staff teams, understanding the needs of children and their parents, working with other community organizations, ensuring the overall safety of the program, and maintaining state and YMCA standards for operation.
Working with our youngest members, Preschool Teachers utilize Creative Curriculum to help students succeed during some of their first experiences at the Y. Working in an age assigned classroom with a co or lead teacher, our Preschool Teachers ensure the success of their kids through everything from curriculum development, to child assessments, to parent partnerships.
