Infant & Child Watch Center

Welcome to Child Watch where your children can engage in fun activities while you enjoy the use of our facility. Child Watch is made up of three areas: Infant Center, Child Watch and Kids Club. Each area of Child Watch provides age appropriate activities and materials. Parents and legal guardians with a Family Membership using the Y facility can use Child Watch up to 2 hours. Parents must stay on site at the YMCA facility while using Child Watch. For more information please call ext. 12544. To make a reservation for infants or toddlers still in diapers, call ext. 12546.

Childcare for our youngest members starts at eight weeks in our Infant Center. Infant care is provided in a separate room with a ten baby maximum. Our 1:4 ratio, along with caring, well trained and experienced staff, affords your infant the best care in North County. We will feed your child a pre-prepared bottle that you provide, and change their diapers, all while nurturing your little one in a warm and welcoming environment. This allows you and your baby to feel safe and supported. Parents must remain on site while using the Infant Center.

We provide care for children up to age six. The center offers age appropriate activities, toys and art materials for all these ages. Parents must remain on site while using the Child Watch Center.

Kids Club is for children ages six to twelve years. We offer age appropriate activities for this specific age group. Kids Club is only available during after school hours and school breaks. Parents must remain on site while using Kids Club.
