Winter & Spring programs
Calling all lacrosse players looking to sharpen up their skills and improve in the month leading up to the start of spring lacrosse! The YMCA will be holding a Preseason Lacrosse Clinic over the month of January for all youth players looking to learn the sport of lacrosse while developing sport specific skills. New La Costa Canyon Head Coach, Kevin Cooper, will be leading the charge and coaching our boys for the next 6 weeks at the YMCA. We will be practicing dodging, shooting, off ball play, ground ball work, defensive footwork, team defense concepts, takeaway checks and much more. This clinic is perfect for everyone from first timers to players looking to take their game to the next level before the traditional spring lacrosse season begins! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Kevin Cooper at [email protected].
