Designed for the consistent exerciser who needs a challenging, high-energy workout, this cardio training class is led by a certified instructor using stationary bicycles. Participants are led through a workout using varied resistance appropriate to individual fitness levels.

Located in the Loft on the second floor overlooking the Strength Training Center.
