Designed for the consistent exerciser who
needs a challenging, high-energy workout, this cardio training class is
led by a certified instructor using stationary bicycles. Participants
are led through a workout using varied resistance appropriate to
individual fitness levels.
Located in the Loft on the second floor overlooking the Strength Training Center.

Getting StartedA lite cycling class is held every Thursday
at 8:00 am in the cycling loft. Introductory classes are also available by appointment
if you are unable to attend the Thursday
8:00 am class.
