Yoga Hip Opener Workshop

Come Explore Hip Opening Poses and Sequences to Promote Health and Balance in Your Body

TIGHT HIPS? Sitting too long? Running too far? Lifting too much? Storing unprocessed emotions? Come explore your hips and release tension. Learn poses that you can do on your own to promote freedom and health in your hips. We will work from basic to more advanced poses.

About the instructor:
Heidi Smith is an advanced yoga practitioner and teacher. She has been teaching yoga since 2000. Heidi is trained in Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yoga Therapeutics. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
