ADAPTIVE Yoga

This class offers a balanced practice of safe, effective stretching and strengthening postures, deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga may help alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy. Babies are welcome!

Family Yoga

These playful Hatha yoga classes, free to members, are specifically designed for children and adults together. We offer two classes, one for ages 2-5 and one for ages 5 yrs and older. Have lots of fun with yoga postures, games, stories, inner stillness, visualization practice, breath awareness, and warm-up exercises. Your kids will love it! Yoga mats available for purchase at the Courtesy Counter.

StrollerJam

This class features a challenging cardio component including running/race walking drills and upper and lower body strength training with a focus on abdominal work.
Friday classes include boot camp drills!

Monday & Wednesday
At Moonlight Beach upper parking lot

9:00 am start time for June-August
9:30 am start time Labor Day to May

Mommy & Me Ballet | Tap

Your child will learn the basics of ballet and tap while
you participate and have fun too! You will both enjoy
singing and dancing as we build your child’s balance and coordination. Please note: Children may come in dance attire with ballet and tap shoes. Parents, please come as you are.

Mommy Move 'n Groove

Put on your workout clothes and get your 2-4 year-old into some sneakers for this fun, playful class. Each 45-minute class will include dancing, running, jumping, games, and lots of opportunities to dance and play with your toddler.

Zumba® KIDS

Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends and peers. What a fun way to get fit! This Zumba-based kids program is designed for ages 6 to 12. It blends dance-fitness routines with fun games and high-energy music.
