Field Services: Behavior, Health and Special Needs

We are a department of CRS that directly serves families and child care providers in the areas of behavior, health, and caring for children who have special needs. Are you having behavior issues with your child? Our experienced and knowledgeable behavior health specialists will work together with families and child care providers to come up with an action plan tailored to each child's needs. Do you need care for your child with special needs? We work closely with your family to ensure a good match from our network of reliable, trusted respite providers.

Alternative Payment Program: If your gross monthly income is within the State Median Income Level, you may be eligible to participate in the Alternative Payment Program. The first step is to fill out an online application to be placed on the Centralized Eligibility List.

Stage 1 Child Care: If you are a family that is currently receiving CalWORKs benefits and are participating in the Welfare-to-Work (WTW) program you might be eligible to receive Stage 1 benefits from us.
