The Alternative Payment program offers child care subsidies to families who qualify for child care services based on income and need.

If the applying adult in the family has never been on aid, or was on aid more than 24 months ago, has a need for child care services, and meets the income requirements, contact the San Diego County Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) at 1-800-521-0560 or visit www.childcaresandiego.com.
