YMCA CRS has established procedures to ensure that all complaints from parents, providers, and community members are addressed in a clear and equitable manner.

Complaints against a child care provider or program
Complaints against a parent or guardian
Complaints against staff or agency

YMCA CRS strives to meet the needs of the community. Community comments help us provide quality customer service and plan for changes in services and program implementation.

If you require additional information about the complaint policy, call the Child Care Referral line (1.800.481.2151) and ask to speak to a Resource and Referral Department Manager.

Complaints receive a response within one business day and receive the attention of the Resource and Referral Department Head and the Executive Director.
