YMCA Active Adults (YAA)
Y Active Adults (YAA) are our Y members ages 50+ who maintain healthy
spirits, minds and bodies through our variety of programming. These
activities are designed for active older adults looking to stay fit
while creating lasting friendships and social events that will keep you
active for years to come!
Exercise ClassesWe offer multiple classes every week to keep you healthy and fit, including classes such as Hydro Healing, Chair Yoga, or Sit & Get Fit (appropriate for chronic health conditions such as fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, or arthritis).

EventsEvery month, Copley-Price Family YMCA hosts events for our active adult community. The goal is to learn new skills, meet others and have fun!
- Book Club — Second Wednesday of each month 12:30 p.m.

- Pickle Ball — Every Tuesday/Thursday
12 p.m. - 2 p.m. • Meet in Lobby
Take a swing at this fun game that combines tennis, ping-pong and badminton.
For your convenience, online registration is available for fee-based programs and events! You may also visit the Welcome Center in our facility to register in person.
