For your safety, children age 6 and under must be actively supervised by an adult 18 years or older.
All patrons under 18 years old must meet one of the following: - Successfully pass a swim test (25 yards continuous swim and tread water for one minute), OR - Stand comfortably in chest-deep water in the entire swim zone, OR - Wear a properly fitted United States Coast Guard (USCG) approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD) or lifejacket, OR - Be within arm's reach of an adult (only one non-swimmer per adult).
Recreational diving permitted in nine feet or more of water.
Please walk on pool deck.
Prolonged underwater breath holding is dangerous and prohibited.
USCG-approved life jacket and water noodles may be used.
All pool equipment must be used appropriately.
Swimming without a certified lifeguard on duty is prohibited.
Swim diapers are required for children who are not potty-trained.
Please shower before entering the pool.
Eating is permitted in designated areas only.
Appropriate swimming attire must be worn at all times (cut-offs, jeans, etc. are not permitted).
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Children ages 7 to 12 must pass deep end swim test. They must be actively engaged in the class to be in the pool area.
Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times. One adult may watch up to two children under the age of 7 in the water.
Children ages 7 to 12 must have an adult at the facility while they are swimming. One adult may watch up to five children ages 7 to 12 while they swim.
Lap swim and water exercise classes are available for ages 12 and older.
Please be sure that children use the restroom, or are wearing a swim diaper, before entering the pool. In addition, please do not allow your child to swim if he/she is sick, has an upset stomach or has recently eaten. Health Regulations mandate that we close the pool for up to eight hours should an accident occur.
